Dashboard
Find each dashboard section, create your first page, save changes and understand your public address.
Last reviewed 7 October 2026Use the dashboard to edit your public page, share it, manage content and control access to your workspace. These guides describe OrbitPage's managed service at orbitpage.com.
Create your first page
Create an account with email and password or Google. If you use email and password, verify your email before creating a page. Choose an available username during onboarding: it becomes your public address, such as https://orbitpage.net/your-name.
- Open Page and set your name, description and profile image.
- Open Content to add links, text, media or other blocks.
- Choose your colors, font and background in Theme.
- Save each section you changed, then open Public page to check the result.
Site editor
Page, Content, Menu, Shop and Pages are grouped under Site editor. Theme and AI Assistant have their own sidebar entries. Availability depends on your plan and workspace role.
| Section | What you edit | URL |
|---|---|---|
| Page | Profile, image, social links, browser metadata and footer | /dashboard/editor/page |
| Content | Blocks, order, visibility and schedules | /dashboard/editor/content |
| Menu | Sections, items, prices and appearance | /dashboard/editor/menu/content |
| Shop | Digital products, services, payments and orders | /dashboard/editor/shop/products |
| Pages | Additional pages, URLs and publication state | /dashboard/editor/pages |
| Theme | Colors, fonts, cards and background | /dashboard/theme/page |
| AI Assistant | Page changes to review and apply | /dashboard/ai |
Share and manage content options
Use these sections to share the saved page, recover content, read reports and manage subscribers.
| Section | Tools | URL |
|---|---|---|
| Publish | QR codes, campaign links, sitemap and text files | /dashboard/publish/QR |
| Backup | Export, selective restore, history and media cleanup | /dashboard/backup |
| Analytics | Visits, clicks, sources and optional GA4 | /dashboard/analytics |
| Privacy | Consent banner and public policies | /dashboard/privacy |
| Newsletter | SMTP, subscribers, campaigns and reports | /dashboard/newsletter/overview |
Account and workspace
The workspace selector changes the page you are editing. Team access and plan limits belong to that workspace; your sign-in account can belong to more than one.
| Section | Tools | URL |
|---|---|---|
| Team | Invitations, roles, personal API tokens and connected apps | /dashboard/team |
| Account → General | Account details and page controls | /dashboard/account/general |
| Account → Security | Password and sign-in settings | /dashboard/account/security |
| Account → Audit log | Page and access changes; owner/admin only | /dashboard/account/audit |
| Plan | Subscription, usage, billing and custom domains | /dashboard/billing |
Save and preview
The preview can show unsaved changes. Use Save in each section you edit: saving Theme does not save an unsaved Page or Menu. Saved public content is published automatically; additional pages, Menu and Shop also have their own publication controls. Check Public page after saving.
Refreshing the browser can discard unsaved work. Subpage settings and blocks have separate save controls; save pending blocks before changing page settings or switching pages.
URLs and tabs
The tables omit the interface language. In English, /dashboard/account/general becomes /en-US/dashboard/account/general. Bookmarks and browser Back/Forward keep the selected section and tab. Public pages use the workspace's public address, without the dashboard language prefix.
| Path | Tab slugs |
|---|---|
| /dashboard/editor/menu | settings, content, design |
| /dashboard/editor/shop | products, orders, customers, design; gear button for settings |
| /dashboard/theme | page, card |
| /dashboard/publish | QR, Sitemap, TXT |
| /dashboard/newsletter | overview, campaigns, subscribers, settings |
| /dashboard/account | general, security, audit |
Languages and URL slugs
Choose the interface language in the sidebar. It changes dashboard navigation and its URL; it does not translate the content you write for visitors.
| Language | URL slug |
|---|---|
| English | en-US |
| Italiano | it-IT |
| Español | es-ES |
| Français | fr-FR |
| Deutsch | de-DE |
| Português | pt-PT |
| Nederlands | nl-NL |
| Polski | pl-PL |
| Türkçe | tr-TR |
| Русский | ru-RU |
| العربية | ar-SA |
| 中文 | zh-CN |
| 日本語 | ja-JP |
| 한국어 | ko-KR |
