Site editor
Edit your profile, content blocks, menu, additional pages, theme and media in the Site editor.
Last reviewed 7 October 2026Set the public identity in Page, build the main page in Content, and add Menu or Pages when needed. Theme controls the shared appearance. Save each section and check the public page at mobile and desktop widths.
Profile and page settings
Set the page name, description, details, location, profile image and social links. Browser settings include the title, favicon, search description and footer. The profile chosen during onboarding changes the detail labels; it does not restrict what you can publish.
Enter social usernames in the matching fields. WhatsApp uses a phone number, Discord an invite code and Mastodon a full @username@instance handle. Leave a field empty to hide its icon. Use Save to keep the draft or Revert to discard it.
Add and manage blocks
Select Add content, choose a block and complete its fields. Connected-service presets create a link or an embed with provider-specific settings. Main and additional pages have no block-count quota; media, page and feature allowances still depend on the plan.
| Group | Examples |
|---|---|
| Essentials | Links, internal page navigation, compact links, contact and CTA |
| Connected services | Social posts, media players, scheduling, forms and WhatsApp |
| Writing and structure | Heading, text, list and separator |
| Media and embeds | Images, uploaded video, embeds and maps |
| Engagement | Events, callouts and menu cards |
- Drag blocks to reorder them. Use visibility and scheduling controls to choose when they appear.
- Use Internal page navigation for additional pages instead of copying their URL.
- A compact-links row can contain several destinations; edit the existing row to reorder them.
- Embeds can depend on visitor consent and the external provider. Check them on the public page.
Mobile and desktop layouts
Select Arrange in the preview to move and resize elements. Mobile and desktop have independent layouts: check both device views. Alignment guides help with placement, and resize controls also work with arrow keys.
On mobile, regular cards stay full-width while Small cards can sit side by side. On desktop, cards can share a row. Select Done, then Save page. Reset restores the standard layout as an unsaved change.
Additional pages
Add page creates a hidden draft. Give it a slug, title and description, then add its blocks. Subpages share the profile and theme while keeping their own content. Mark the page Published when it should be public.
Save settings keeps the slug, title, description and publication state. Save in the content toolbar also saves pending settings. Save unsaved blocks before using Save settings. Deleting a subpage removes its public URL; after changing a slug, update external links and QR codes.
Colors, fonts, cards and background
Start with a preset, then adjust shared colors, typography, cards, radius, spacing, shadow and page width. Depending on your plan, backgrounds can use a solid color, gradient, image, GIF or uploaded video.
Theme supplies the defaults. Profile-card settings in Page and individual block settings in Content take precedence. Reset those overrides when you want the shared theme again. Select Save changes before leaving Theme.
Video backgrounds play muted and loop, and pause for visitors who prefer reduced motion. Check text readability and both device layouts before saving.
Storage and unused media
Uploads count toward workspace storage and are checked against the file types and per-file limits of your plan. Plan shows current usage. Removing a reference from a block does not necessarily delete its stored file.
Use Backup to inspect unused media before cleanup. Export a backup before deleting files you may need later.
