Configuration

Find managed workspace settings for public identity, team access, media limits, connected services and publication.

Configure SaaS from the dashboard. You do not need Docker, a database or server environment variables. Select the intended workspace first; its role and plan determine which controls you can change.

Account and workspace identity

Sign in with the account that owns the page or accepted its invitation. Use the workspace selector to choose the page you intend to edit. The public username is chosen during onboarding; changing the display name in Page is not a change of public address. Creator, Company or Studio is selected during hosted onboarding.

Public page settings

Use Page for identity and browser metadata, Content for blocks, Menu and Pages for separate destinations, and Theme for appearance. Privacy manages consent and policy links; Publish manages QR and discovery files. Save each section and verify the public page, not only its preview.

Provider connections

Configure Shop seller payments and email in Shop settings. Configure Newsletter SMTP in Newsletter → Settings. Team holds personal API tokens and OAuth connections. Keep secrets in the dedicated settings or external credential store; never put them in public content or custom discovery files.

Plan, storage and public address

Review the workspace's current limits in Plan before adding collaborators, media or paid capabilities. Storage limits and per-file upload limits are separate. A quota error requires reducing usage or choosing an appropriate plan; refreshing the browser does not reset it. Owners can connect an included custom domain from the same area.
