Account recovery
Recover managed OrbitPage sign-in, use a two-factor recovery code and distinguish account access from workspace or content recovery.
Last reviewed 15 October 2026Use the sign-in method associated with your account. Password reset, two-factor recovery, workspace membership and restoring page content solve different problems; identify which one is blocking access before changing anything.
Reset a forgotten password
Use the password-reset action on the sign-in page with your account email. Check the mailbox and spam folder, open the reset link and choose a new password. If the link has expired, request a fresh message and use the newest one. For a Google-only account, recover the Google identity through Google sign-in.
Use a two-factor recovery code
At the two-factor sign-in challenge, choose the recovery-code option if your authenticator is unavailable. Enter one of your saved recovery codes. A successful recovery resets two-factor authentication and signs out existing sessions; sign in again and configure protection in Account → Security.
Recovery codes are credentials. Keep unused codes privately and never send them to support or place them in a page backup. If neither the normal method nor recovery is available, contact support with the account-access problem, without sharing secrets.
Find the correct workspace
If sign-in works but a page is absent or read-only, check the workspace selector and the email that accepted its invitation. Ask the owner to review active membership and permissions. Resetting a password does not restore a revoked invitation, grant ownership or change a plan.
Recover content after regaining access
Use Backup or version history for content changes only after confirming the intended workspace. Export its current content before restoring selected sections. Page backups do not restore account passwords, recovery codes, subscriptions, Shop orders or team membership.
