These documents apply to the OrbitPage website and managed hosted service. The separately downloadable open-source application is governed by its repository licence and by the configuration chosen by the person who operates that installation.

Which document applies?

Website visitorRead the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Optional OrbitPage analytics is not loaded until you consent.
Hosted account holderThe Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Billing & Cancellation Policy form part of your agreement with OrbitPage.
Public-page visitorThe page owner controls the content and any optional integrations they add. OrbitPage operates the hosting infrastructure and processes limited delivery and security data.
Self-hosted userThe MIT licence in the public repository governs the open-source code. The operator of your installation is responsible for its hosting, notices, security and compliance.
