2. Online services

GitHubThe public source repository distributes the MIT-licensed open-source edition and its documentation.

3. Hosting and infrastructure

The platform website and APIs are hosted on Vercel. Account and database services use Google Firebase and Google Cloud. Public-page storage and edge delivery use Cloudflare. Payment services use Stripe. The complete provider list is available on the Subprocessors page.

4. Intellectual property

OrbitPage names, logos, hosted-service design, original website copy and non-open-source platform components are owned by or licensed to the operator. The open-source application is available under the MIT licence; third-party components retain their own licences and notices.

Publication of user content does not transfer ownership to OrbitPage. Rights holders can report alleged infringement through the contact page with the affected URL, identification of the protected work and a good-faith explanation.

5. Support, privacy, abuse and security

Use orbitpage.com/contact for product, account, billing, privacy and abuse requests. Security vulnerabilities in the open-source project should be reported privately through GitHub Security Advisories, not in a public issue.

6. External links

OrbitPage pages can link to independent websites. OrbitPage does not control their content, availability or privacy practices merely because a user added a link. Report an OrbitPage page that facilitates unlawful or prohibited activity under the Acceptable Use Policy.
