Billing & Cancellation

How paid plans renew and cancel, plus the separate payment and refund flow for Shop sellers and buyers.

1. Plans and checkout

OrbitPage offers Free, Starter, Pro and Agency managed-hosting plans. Agency is billed monthly or annually for 10 or 25 client workspaces; larger portfolios require a custom quote. The checkout page shows the selected plan, recurring price, currency, billing interval and total before you place the order. Stripe processes the payment and returns the resulting subscription status to OrbitPage.

Domain registration and your newsletter email provider are separate costs, not included in the OrbitPage subscription. OrbitPage charges no commission on Shop orders or payments. Stripe processing fees remain payable by the seller.

Checkout requires an active terms checkbox. Its text also records an express request for immediate plan activation during the 14-day consumer withdrawal period and explains that a proportionate amount can remain due for service already supplied before withdrawal.

The first page created by an Agency owner counts toward its client workspace allowance. Each client workspace has its own data and Pro features, with 50 AI requests per month and up to 10,000 newsletter subscribers per workspace.

2. Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until cancelled. The payment method stored with Stripe is charged for each renewal. If a price changes, OrbitPage will provide the notice required by applicable law before the new price applies.

Annual prices are charged once per year; any monthly equivalent shown is for comparison only.

3. Manage or cancel a subscription

Open Dashboard > Billing & Plan and select the Stripe billing portal to view invoices, update the payment method, change an eligible plan or cancel. A cancellation normally stops renewal and keeps paid access active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Deleting content, abandoning the account or disconnecting a domain does not by itself cancel the Stripe subscription. If the billing portal is unavailable, contact contact@orbitpage.com before the next renewal and include the account email.

4. Plan changes

Stripe shows any immediate charge, credit, proration or future effective date before a paid-plan change is confirmed. A downgrade can be delayed until the current period ends. Features or content above the new plan's limits may become unavailable, require removal or prevent further publication until usage returns within the limit.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly shown at checkout, subscription fees are not automatically refundable after the service period begins and unused time is not converted to cash. OrbitPage will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, service failures attributable to OrbitPage and other legally required remedies.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing can add time after OrbitPage issues the refund.

A cancellation or no-refund provision does not override statutory conformity remedies, unlawful or unauthorised charge protections or a valid withdrawal. A rejected refund request can be challenged through the contact and dispute channels in the Terms.

6. EEA consumer withdrawal

If you are an EEA consumer, you may have 14 days from the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. By asking OrbitPage to activate a paid plan immediately, you request performance during that period. If you withdraw after service has begun, the law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Mandatory local rights prevail over this policy.

To exercise withdrawal, use the prominently available online withdrawal function. It records your unambiguous declaration and immediately emails a durable acknowledgement containing its content, date, time and reference. You may alternatively send the same statement to contact@orbitpage.com before the deadline. OrbitPage will confirm the resulting cancellation and process any amount due within the legally required period.

The consumer withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the subscription contract. Immediate activation of an ongoing digital service does not by itself remove that right. A proportionate charge requires the express performance request and legally required information; no charge is due where the law prohibits it. If required withdrawal information was omitted, the period is extended as provided by law, potentially by up to 12 additional months.

A valid withdrawal reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after OrbitPage is informed, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without a fee. Ordinary renewal cancellation and withdrawal are distinct; there is no cancellation penalty for stopping future renewals.

Optional model withdrawal form: To Paolo Ronco, OrbitPage, contact@orbitpage.com. I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the supply of the OrbitPage managed subscription. Include: date of contract; account email; order or subscription reference; name of consumer; address of consumer where needed; date of declaration; signature only if submitted on paper. Delete the wording that does not apply. An unequivocal statement or the online withdrawal function is sufficient; use of this model is not compulsory.

7. Failed and disputed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and request an updated payment method. OrbitPage may restrict paid features or return the workspace to Free when the subscription is unpaid, cancelled or expires. Contact OrbitPage before initiating a chargeback so billing errors can be investigated; this does not remove any legal right to dispute a payment with the payment provider.

8. Taxes and invoices

The checkout total indicates the amount charged and the available tax treatment. You are responsible for supplying accurate billing and tax information. Invoices and receipts are available through Stripe where configured. OrbitPage may request additional information needed to comply with accounting or tax obligations.

9. Shop payments are separate from plan subscriptions

An OrbitPage plan payment buys access to hosted platform features. A Shop payment buys a digital product or service from the page owner. Cancelling, refunding or disputing one does not automatically cancel, refund or resolve the other.

The page owner is the seller and uses a Stripe connected account. Shop payments are created as direct charges on that account. The seller receives the sale amount after Stripe's processing costs and is responsible for buyer support, fulfilment, invoices, taxes, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.

Before taking orders, the seller must publish their identity, trader status, geographic address, email, phone, applicable business or tax identifier, and links to their terms, privacy, refund and withdrawal information. Every buyer actively accepts the seller's terms. A digital-content buyer must separately expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right once download begins; the resulting order email includes the declaration timestamp and seller-policy links.

OrbitPage does not decide whether a buyer is legally entitled to a Shop refund. Buyers should contact the seller identified on the Shop first. For existing orders that already include an OrbitPage application fee, the integration returns that historical fee in full or proportionally when the seller issues a refund. Stripe fees and settlement timing are determined by Stripe and the connected-account agreement.

A Shop seller, not OrbitPage, must provide the online withdrawal function or other buyer channel required for that separate sale and must handle service-start requests, statutory exceptions and reimbursements correctly. The OrbitPage subscription withdrawal function does not withdraw a Shop purchase.

Disconnecting Stripe, unpublishing a Shop, downgrading or cancelling an OrbitPage plan can stop new sales, but does not remove the seller's obligations for existing orders. Stripe and OrbitPage may retain transaction references for accounting, fraud, refund, dispute and legal purposes.

10. Complimentary access

OrbitPage may grant a paid feature set without a Stripe charge for testing, support or promotional purposes. Complimentary access is not a cash credit, does not automatically renew as a paid subscription and can be changed or withdrawn according to the grant communicated to the account holder.

11. Billing support

For billing questions, use the contact page and select Billing. Never send full payment-card details, passwords or API keys.
