The platform website and APIs are hosted on Vercel. Account and database services use Google Firebase and Google Cloud. Public-page storage and edge delivery use Cloudflare. Subscription billing, connected seller onboarding and Shop payments use Stripe. The complete provider list is available on the Subprocessors page.
4. Intellectual property
OrbitPage names, logos, hosted-service design, original website copy and non-open-source platform components are owned by or licensed to the operator. The open-source application is available under the MIT licence; third-party components retain their own licences and notices.
Names, logos and trademarks used to identify supported partner blocks, payment services or external destinations belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies technical compatibility and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with OrbitPage.
Publication of user content does not transfer ownership to OrbitPage. Rights holders can report alleged infringement through the contact page with the affected URL, identification of the protected work and a good-faith explanation.
5. Support, privacy, abuse and security
contact@orbitpage.com is the direct electronic contact for recipients of the service and the single electronic point of contact for authorities under the Digital Services Act. Communications are accepted in Italian and English. Recipients can also use orbitpage.com/contact; these channels do not rely solely on automated tools.
Use the same contact for product, account, billing, privacy, content notices and appeals. Security vulnerabilities in the open-source project should be reported privately through GitHub Security Advisories, not in a public issue.
6. External links
OrbitPage pages can link to or, after consent, display content from independent websites and partner services. OrbitPage does not control their content, availability, commercial terms or privacy practices merely because a user added a compatible link or block. Report an OrbitPage page that facilitates unlawful or prohibited activity under the Acceptable Use Policy.
