Last reviewed 24 July 2026OrbitPage Shop adds a focused catalog for digital products and services. Stripe Connect keeps seller onboarding and payouts in Stripe rather than asking the seller to paste secret API keys into OrbitPage.
Connect through Stripe's hosted onboarding.
The workspace owner starts from Shop and is redirected to Stripe to create or connect the seller account, provide business information and configure payouts. OrbitPage receives the resulting account status, not the seller's Stripe password.
Stripe determines the verification requirements for the seller's country and business type.
Sell a specific deliverable, not an ambiguous promise.
Products can represent downloadable files or clearly scoped services. Add a concise title, description, price, cover and delivery instructions. Publish only items the seller can legally deliver and support.
The Shop has a dedicated destination and can also be linked from the main OrbitPage.
Buyers pay through Stripe-hosted checkout.
OrbitPage creates the checkout for the connected seller and applies the configured platform fee. Stripe processes the payment and reports completion through the OrbitPage shop webhook.
A successful browser redirect is not the payment source of truth. Delivery waits for the verified webhook event.
The seller remains responsible for the product and customer.
The connected seller manages payout and identity details through Stripe Express. OrbitPage records orders and protected delivery state for the workspace.
Refunds, taxes, consumer obligations and product rights depend on the seller and jurisdiction. Review the current Stripe and OrbitPage terms before launching.
