1. Plans and checkout
OrbitPage currently offers Free, Starter and Pro managed-hosting plans. The checkout page shows the selected plan, recurring price, currency, billing interval and total before you place the order. Stripe processes the payment and returns the resulting subscription status to OrbitPage.
Agency features are not available for purchase until OrbitPage explicitly releases them.
2. Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until cancelled. The payment method stored with Stripe is charged for each renewal. If a price changes, OrbitPage will provide the notice required by applicable law before the new price applies.
3. Manage or cancel a subscription
Open Dashboard > Billing & Plan and select the Stripe billing portal to view invoices, update the payment method, change an eligible plan or cancel. A cancellation normally stops renewal and keeps paid access active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Deleting content, abandoning the account or disconnecting a domain does not by itself cancel the Stripe subscription. If the billing portal is unavailable, contact contact@orbitpage.com before the next renewal and include the account email.
4. Plan changes
Stripe shows any immediate charge, credit, proration or future effective date before a paid-plan change is confirmed. A downgrade can be delayed until the current period ends. Features or content above the new plan's limits may become unavailable, require removal or prevent further publication until usage returns within the limit.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly shown at checkout, subscription fees are not automatically refundable after the service period begins and unused time is not converted to cash. OrbitPage will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, service failures attributable to OrbitPage and other legally required remedies.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing can add time after OrbitPage issues the refund.
6. EEA consumer withdrawal
If you are an EEA consumer, you may have 14 days from the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. By asking OrbitPage to activate a paid plan immediately, you request performance during that period. If you withdraw after service has begun, the law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Mandatory local rights prevail over this policy.
To exercise withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement through the contact page or to contact@orbitpage.com before the deadline. Include your name, account email, subscription date and a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. OrbitPage will confirm receipt and process any amount due within the legally required period.
7. Failed and disputed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and request an updated payment method. OrbitPage may restrict paid features or return the workspace to Free when the subscription is unpaid, cancelled or expires. Contact OrbitPage before initiating a chargeback so billing errors can be investigated; this does not remove any legal right to dispute a payment with the payment provider.
8. Taxes and invoices
The checkout total indicates the amount charged and the available tax treatment. You are responsible for supplying accurate billing and tax information. Invoices and receipts are available through Stripe where configured. OrbitPage may request additional information needed to comply with accounting or tax obligations.
9. Shop payments are separate from plan subscriptions
An OrbitPage plan payment buys access to hosted platform features. A Shop payment buys a digital product or service from the page owner. Cancelling, refunding or disputing one does not automatically cancel, refund or resolve the other.
The page owner is the seller and uses a Stripe connected account. Shop payments are created as direct charges on that account. The seller receives the sale amount after Stripe's processing costs and OrbitPage's 5% platform fee and is responsible for buyer support, fulfilment, invoices, taxes, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.
OrbitPage does not decide whether a buyer is legally entitled to a Shop refund. Buyers should contact the seller identified on the Shop first. Where the seller issues a full or partial refund through the supported flow, OrbitPage returns its platform fee in full or proportionally. Stripe fees and settlement timing are determined by Stripe and the connected-account agreement.
Disconnecting Stripe, unpublishing a Shop, downgrading or cancelling an OrbitPage plan can stop new sales, but does not remove the seller's obligations for existing orders. Stripe and OrbitPage may retain transaction references for accounting, fraud, refund, dispute and legal purposes.
10. Complimentary access
OrbitPage may grant a paid feature set without a Stripe charge for testing, support or promotional purposes. Complimentary access is not a cash credit, does not automatically renew as a paid subscription and can be changed or withdrawn according to the grant communicated to the account holder.
11. Billing support
For billing questions, use the contact page and select Billing. Never send full payment-card details, passwords or API keys.
